Bella On the River is located on the San Antonio River Walk @ 106 River Walk. Bella is one of the newest downtown River Walk restaurants in San Antonio and is locally-owned and independent.
Bella features Southern European, mostly Mediterranean food, a well-paired wine list, wines-by-the-glass, sangria, ports and sherry.
The Menu features Marcona almonds and Greek olives, toasted bruschetta, eggplant Josephine, calamari fritto, antipasto, fresh spinach and Caesar salads, paella, pasta, and pizza, pan seared red fish, short rib osso bucco, grilled lamb chops, shrimp & chicken piccata, along with nightly chef features, and Virginia's pistachio cake, and flaming Glace au Four.
The Wine Bar features the Bellini! and ice cold, fresh made-to-order red and white wine sangria, wines, ports, and sherry by-the-glass, ice cold imported and domestic beer. Featured wines include Prosecco, red and white Moscato, Sequoia Grove chardonnay, McPherson viognier, Maretima Pinot Grigio, Rubicon "Cask" cabernet sauvignon, and the great Chateau Grand Cordin-Grand Cru.

Great, Unique, Historic Atmosphere on the River Walk
Bella is historic, it’s natural limestone rock and red brick walls, candle lit, cozy and comfortable, it’s new, fun, casual, wonderfully small and very intimate. Bella only seats 45 guests, so reservations are strongly encouraged! Bella is also available for Private Dinner Parties for up to 45 guests. Call for details!
Great Customer Service. Bella’s crew is accommodating, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, with a “we’re glad you’re here” service commitment.
Live Piano Jazz and Pop Nightly. Bella is “All that Jazz!” Bella’s piano bar features live piano jazz, six nights a week, infused with lots of Pop, and even a little be bop.
Out of the way! A Great Find! Come down the River, “up and away” from the River Walk crowds, the hustle and bustle, to Bella On the River for really good food, service, and a memorable dining experience.
